We customize T-shirts, polos, hoodies, hats, jackets, and more.

What’s the difference between embroidery, screen printing, and direct-to-film printing?

  1. Embroidery: High-quality stitched designs, best for hats, polos, and jackets.
  2. Screen Printing: Ink-based printing, great for bold graphics on T-shirts and hoodies.
  3. Direct-to-Film (DTF): Full-color prints that work on a variety of fabrics with a soft feel.

Do you offer custom hats?

Yes! We offer embroidered, woven, leather, and PVC patch hats for a premium look.

Can you help with design work?

Yes, we offer in-house design services if you need help finalizing or creating a design.

Can I bring in my own garments for decoration?

Starting in 2026, we’ll continue accepting customer-provided garments for embroidery, with a $10 convenience fee per item. If it’s something we truly can’t source or find a good substitute for, we’re always happy to waive that fee. We just ask that you check in with us before buying anything so we can make sure it’s suitable for decoration.

Turnaround & Shipping

How long does it take to complete an order?

We aim to complete most orders within two weeks, but turnaround times vary based on order size and complexity. Rush options may be available—just ask!

Do you offer shipping or local pickup?

We offer local pickup at our Anacortes location and can arrange shipping.

How much does custom apparel cost?

Pricing depends on the service, garment type, and quantity. Please reach out for a custom quote.

A: We accept credit/debit cards, ACH payments, and business checks.
